At Elegance Edge Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority. As a new business, we’re committed to making sure you love our products—especially our premium salon foils. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for orders shipped within the United States. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- No more than 25% of the product may be used
- Items must be in good condition and free from damage or contamination
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
We want you to try our foils with confidence. If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, reach out—we’ll be happy to assist.
🚚 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at EleganceEdgeInfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send a description and photo of the issue to EleganceEdgeInfo@gmail.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products with more than 25% usage
- Contaminated or damaged items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us before initiating a return.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch to a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
